MATERIALS/METHODS USED BY HALL/MOFFAT
MOFFAT
Materials: Imagery (Photographs), Airbrush, Film, Video
Method: Raw Basic Principles of the design in the artwork, come from the aspects of sex, violence and prejudice. Photograph taking. Still images were also taken from film. Airbrush applied there after. Black/White shading applied to particular areas of the Artwork. Produced by artistic decors. Collaboration/Combination and splitting of varying images.
HALL
Materials: Fine detail painting, yellow 'soaping', imagery, Physical forms - branching of the leaves - shredded bank notes (branching)
Method: Etching and drawing. Painting, Sculpturing, garden design. Hall followed the basic ideologies of Australian life style when creating this artwork which followed the concepts of globalisation and contempt Lifestyle and the natural elements of history. Displaying the interrelationship between nature and humans. Painting on shredded bank notes (gold) to produce twirling expanding branches.
